TO SAFETY AND
JAMNOLA will always put the health and safety of our staff and guests first. We have implemented rigorous health and safety protocols that meet and in some cases exceed New Orleans' Open Safely Guidelines.
Under no circumstances do we want you to come to JAMNOLA if you are sick, or if you have been around anyone who has been sick. The Joy, Art & Music will wait for you.
If you purchased tickets in advance but become ill, we are happy to honor your tickets when you are better. Simply contact Info@JamNola.com in advance of your scheduled ticket day/time.
Admission is limited to semi-private and private tours of no more than 10 people in a party to allow for necessary social distancing and cleanings between every group.
Per city and state guidelines, guests (including children 3 & over) who are not fully vaccinated should wear masks at all times. While we do not require proof of vaccination, we do ask for our guests' responsible and respectful cooperation.
We have made our tour contactless. We ask guests to sanitize hands prior to entering and throughout the experience as needed (complimentary hand sanitizer stations are available in each room).
In order to manage occupancy and traceability, all timed tickets must be purchased online through Showclix in advance. No tickets are available for purchase at the door.
Oversized bags, and luggage are NOT permitted. There is not a coat check available so please only bring necessary items you can comfortably carry.
Once you have entered an exhibit, please continue forward, there is no going back through exhibits.
Please maintain a distance of at least six feet from those outside of your party, look for markers indicating where to stand.
In addition to cleaning between groups, full cleanings will occur nightly throughout the entire space and the frequency of air filter replacement and HVAC system cleaning has been increased to maximize the exchange of fresh air.
