Be sure to grab the 3D glasses—they make the artwork pop and bring the experience to life. My girlfriends and I had an amazing time exploring, laughing, and soaking in the vibrant energy.

This immersive art and music experience was more fun than I thought it was going to be. There was something to look at in every corner of each of the rooms, along with QR codes to scan throughout to learn more about the exhibits, ... and get as much or as little from your visit as you like. Definitely recommend this to tourists and locals alike.

The exhibit is the perfect mix of educational and entertaining. Every installation is visually stunning but also interactive and super fun! We loved learning more about New Orleans culture, while having a blast taking tons of photos in the super cool exhibits.

It is a learning experience about the culture, cuisine, and history that makes New Orleans the special place it is! Together, hollagraham and JAMNOLA craft not just another Halloween, but a cosmic countdown: New Orleans’ walking parade and dance-party response to the eerie approach of 3I/ATLAS. A new tradition where art, music, and community hold space for the unknown—welcoming, questioning, celebrating.
Yet beneath the celebration lies unease. We don’t know what 3I/ATLAS is, or what it means for us. We don’t know if it drifts harmlessly, or if it hides intention. Its silence is ominous; its timing uncanny. Halloween becomes the night we face the truth: this object could be a messenger… or a threat.
On October 31, 2025, we stand between perihelion and return: a citywide run-through, a rehearsal for contact, and an awareness-making ritual for the arrival of 3I/ATLAS—an arrival that may redefine humanity, or undo it.
And while we reckon with the unknown, we also dance, costume, and celebrate together—because in New Orleans, even the cosmic uncanny is met with music, mischief, and joy.
