How much does it cost?

Field trips start at $20 per student, but we’re happy to work with every budget through our sliding scale. Adult group rates range from $24 to $31 per guest, and the bigger your group, the better the rate. Reach out and we’ll send a quote tailored to your group.

Is there a group minimum?

Yes. Field trips and adult groups need at least 15 visitors.

What days can we visit?

Any day except Tuesday and Wednesday. For extra-large groups, we can sometimes make exceptions, depending on schedule and staff availability.

Do you offer lesson plans?

Yes! Free pre- and post-visit lessons for grades 3–12, aligned to Louisiana and National Core Arts standards, plus a bonus Adinkra lesson for all grades. Explore the lessons at our Educational Hub .

Is there anything for chaperones?

Is a group tour the same as a private event?
