Timed-ticketing requires you be on-time for your tour.

If you are late we will do our best to accommodate you, but if we are sold out, and/or unable to squeeze you in, you will have to re-book your tour for a later date at Info@JamNola.com (there is a $10.00 re-booking fee per ticket for a missed tour).

We are currently limiting tours to groups of 10. If you are set on going on a particular day, your best option would be to purchase the available ticket in back-to-back time slots as there is only a 10 minute difference. That will be as close to going together as you can get. And if your guest is there for the earlier time-slot and someone in that group no-shows, they can go at the same time with you.

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds unless you purchase the Ticket Protect Insurance add on option and cancel in advance of your tour time. Without Ticket Protect Insurance if you wish to change your reservation date/time you will be subject to pay $5/ ticket. There is a $10 / person rescheduling fee if you are trying to reschedule within an hour of your tour time or are late for your tour. All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to Info@JamNola.com

Please email Info@JamNola.comin advance of your visit, we ask for at least 24 hours notice if possible. We will remove your reservation and issue you a coupon code which will allow you to rebook for a future available date of your choosing.

Tickets are non-refundable.

The discounted ticket is only applicable to you, not anyone additional. Anyone purchasing the discounted ticket must be able to show appropriate agency or school ID to validate the discount at the door. If you are unable to show proof you will be required to pay the difference in ticket price prior to entry.

The student discount is only for full-time students 18 and over with valid student ID.

JAMNOLA is located at 2832 Royal St, New Orleans, LA 70117 in the Marigny neighborhood which is a 5 minute ride share or 15 minute walk from the French Quarter.

Neighborhood street parking is available, especially near the railroad tracks between Dauphine and Royal Street.

If only one ticket is available, there is only one ticket remaining for that time slot. If you want to purchase more than one ticket, please select an alternate time.

JAMNOLA is a self-paced experience. Guests can move through exhibits as they please, but once you move forward, you are not able to go back. We also request that guests not stay in any room for more than 10 minutes.

Yes. Restrooms are located in the middle of the exhibit. Guests will be notified of their location during their visit. We strongly encourage guests to use them if necessary. There are no restrooms outside of the exhibit.  

Yes, we love kids! Please note that children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times and please don’t let your littles wander or touch anything!

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

At least one person’s ID in your group MUST match the name on one ticket.

JAMNOLA takes approximately 45-60 minutes to see in its entirety. The memories and photos you take will last a lifetime. 

Make sure to bring you ticket, your photo ID and and if you are 15 or under you must be accompanied by an adult 16 or over.
No outside food or drink is allowed

- Large bags, luggage.

- Food, drinks, snacks.

- Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Although we love em’, pets are NOT allowed. Service animals with proper documentation on a leash and under their owner’s control as authorized by applicable law are permitted. 

All tickets must be purchased online. Our website and the gift shop accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We do not accept Cash.
