• Street parking is limited, especially on weekends. We recommend parking near Decatur Street and along Frenchmen. Paid lots at 2135 and 2150 Decatur St. are just a 2-minute walk away.
• Streetcar: The Rampart–St. Claude line stops at St. Claude Ave & Elysian Fields Ave, about a 9-minute walk from JAMNOLA.
• Bus: The #55 Elysian Fields and #91 Jackson-Esplanade routes stop nearby.

Timed-ticketing requires punctuality, but we'll do our best to accommodate you. If we're sold out or can't fit you in, you'll need to re-book for a later date at Info@JamNola.com (a $10 re-booking fee per ticket applies).

For multiple tickets, choose a timeslot with more availability. Alternatively, you could purchase tickets in back-to-back time slots, which are only 10 minutes apart.

All ticket sales are final. Rescheduling your tour date & time is free until 24 hours prior to tour time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of tour time is $5/ticket. Rebooking a missed tour is $10/ticket. All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to Info@JamNola.com

Please present a valid ID upon arrival. The discount applies only to the individual(s) with the qualifying ID.

The student discount is available to full-time students aged 18 and over with a valid student ID.

If you need to change your reservation with less than 24 hours' notice, a $5 per person fee applies. Rescheduling within an hour of your tour time or for missed tours incurs a $10 per person fee.

We strongly recommend purchasing online in advance of your visit to ensure you get the time slot you want- we can sell out! IF you happen to walk up and there are tickets at that time left, purchase kiosks are available.

Yes. Restrooms are located in the middle of the exhibit. Guests will be notified of their location during their visit. We strongly encourage guests to use them if necessary. There are no restrooms outside of the exhibit.  

Yes, we love kids! Please note that children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times and please don’t let your littles wander or touch anything!

JAMNOLA takes about 45 minutes to experience. While it’s not a structured guided tour, staff are available throughout to offer context, share details, and answer any questions along the way.
