HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Louisiana residents save 15% w/ coupon NOLALOVE on Wednesdays and Thursdays (ID required). NOT eligible for tours on Fri, Sat or Sun.

I BOUGHT MY TICKETS, WHAT'S NEXT?
After purchasing your tickets through Showclix, you and any other guest(s) 16 and over MUST next, pre-register at JamNolaRegister.com where you will sign required waivers prior to arriving on site.
After you and your guest(s) have pre-registered, you will receive a unique QR code in your email from JAMNOLA@Thuzi.com. If you don't see the email, please check your Spam and/or Promo folders.
If you still don't see the email please reach out to JamNolaSupport@Showclix.com. The QR code will give you access to your personalized JAM Microsite, which includes special photos, insider info and more.
Be sure to share the registration link JamNolaRegister.com with every guest who will be attending with you.
I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE WRONG DATE OR WRONG TIME.
All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to JamNolaSupport@ShowClix.com. Tickets are eligible for exchange up to 24 hours prior to the ticket time and is based on availability. Tickets are non-refundable.
CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
Tickets are ONLY available for purchase on-line at JAMNOLA.com.
Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party websites and/or scalpers will NOT be honored.
WHEN WILL FUTURE TICKET DATES BE RELEASED?
Initially, tickets will be released on a rolling basis, one month at a time. Please sign up for our mailing list in order to receive information on future ticket releases.
WHERE IS JAMNOLA LOCATED? IS THERE PARKING?
JAMNOLA is located at 2832 Royal St, New Orleans, LA 70117 in the Marigny neighborhood which is a 5 minute ride share or 15 minute walk from the French Quarter.
Neighborhood street parking is available, especially near the railroad tracks between Dauphine and Royal Street.

WHY CAN I ONLY BUY ONE TICKET?
If only one ticket is available, there is only one ticket remaining for that time slot. If you want to purchase more than one ticket, please select an alternate time.
IS THE TOUR SELF-GUIDED?
JAMNOLA is a self-paced experience. Guests can move through exhibits as they please, but once you move forward, you are not able to go back. We also request that guests not stay in any room for more than 10 minutes.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT?
Yes, we are available for private event bookings. Please contact Kari@JamNola.com for more details.
IF I COME ALONE CAN SOMEONE ON STAFF TAKE PHOTOS OF ME WITH EXHIBITS?
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 precautions and regulations, JAMNOLA staff will not be able to take guest photos. We recommend you come with a friend and/or up your selfie game.
DO I NEED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING?
Guests are encouraged to bring their own face covering and are required to wear them at all times while at JAMNOLA. Those who do not have their own will receive one at Reception. JAMNOLA also has very cool, custom, artist designed masks available for purchase at our JAM Shop onsite.
DO KIDS NEED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING?
Kids under the age of 3 are not required to wear a face covering.
CAN YOU REMOVE YOUR MASK WHEN TAKING PHOTOS?
Due to COVID-19 safety regulations, guests and staff are required to wear masks while at JAMNOLA at all times. You may not remove your mask for photos
IS JAMNOLA WHEELCHAIR/ADA ACCESSIBLE?
DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS ON THE PREMISES?
Yes. Restrooms are located in the middle of the exhibit. Guests will be notified of their location during their visit. We strongly encourage guests to use them if necessary. There are no restrooms outside of the exhibit.
IS JAMNOLA APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES?
Yes, we love kids! Please note that children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times and please don’t let your littles wander or touch anything!
CAN I GIVE MY TICKET(S) TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
At least one person’s ID in your group MUST match the name on one ticket.
WHAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY?
All guests that purchase a ticket or enter JAMNOLA are subject to JAMNOLA’s Damage Waiver, a COVID-19 Notice and a COVID-19 Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release of which can be found online here.
Each guest will be deemed to have consented to the terms of such agreement by purchasing a ticket or entering JAMNOLA.
HOW EARLY SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your ticket time to pass through temperature screening and to check in. Please wait in your car or on the sidewalk if you arrive earlier. Tours begin promptly. If you miss your time-slot, your ticket is no longer valid, so please make sure your ticket is used for the date and time purchased. Please give yourself enough time to account for traffic and to find parking.
HOW LONG WILL MY VISIT TAKE?
JAMNOLA takes approximately 60 minutes to see in its entirety. The memories and photos you take will last a lifetime.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Make sure to bring your ticket, your photo ID, your face covering or mask and someone over 18 if you are under 16 years of age.

WHAT SHOULD I LEAVE AT HOME/IN THE CAR?
- Large bags, luggage
- Food, drinks, snacks
- Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Although we love em’, pets are NOT allowed. Service animals with proper documentation on a leash and under their owner’s control as authorized by applicable law are permitted.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
All tickets must be purchased online. Our website and the gift shop accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We do not accept Cash.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Tickets are non-refundable. You may exchange your tickets for another date, but only when done at least 24 hours in advance of the date you purchased for, and this is based on availability. All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to JamNolaSupport@ShowClix.com.
MY FRIEND AND I WOULD LIKE TO GO TO JAMNOLA TOGETHER BUT THERE ARE ONLY SINGLE TICKETS LEFT. CAN WE PURCHASE SINGLE TICKETS IN DIFFERENT TIME SLOTS AND COME TOGETHER?
Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions we can only have a maximum of 6 people per tour group. If you are set on going on a particular day, your best option would be to purchase the available ticket in back-to-back time slots as there is only a 10-15 minute difference.
That will be as close to going together as you can get. And if your guest is there for the earlier time-slot and someone in that group no-shows, they can go at the same time with you.
