Timed-ticketing requires you be on-time for your tour.

If you are late we will do our best to accommodate you, but if we are sold out, and/or unable to squeeze you in, you will have to re-book your tour for a later date at Info@JamNola.com (there is a $10.00 re-booking fee per ticket for a missed tour).

We are currently limiting tours to groups of 10. If you are set on going on a particular day, your best option would be to purchase the available ticket in back-to-back time slots as there is only a 10 minute difference. That will be as close to going together as you can get. And if your guest is there for the earlier time-slot and someone in that group no-shows, they can go at the same time with you.

All ticket sales are final. Rescheduling your tour date & time is free until 24 hours prior to tour time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of tour time is $5/ticket. Rebooking a missed tour is $10/ticket. All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to Info@JamNola.com

Please email Info@JamNola.comin advance of your visit, we ask for at least 24 hours notice if possible. We will remove your reservation and issue you a coupon code which will allow you to rebook for a future available date of your choosing.

At JAMNOLA, we value the hard work and dedication of military personnel, first responders, and healthcare professionals by offering them a discounted ticket to our joy-filled experiences! 

Military personnel include Active-Duty Service Members, Retirees and Veterans. First responders include firefighters, law enforcement, search and rescue, EMTs, paramedics, nurses, and doctors.

Valid ID must be presented upon arrival. Discount extends only to the individual(s) with the qualifying ID, not the entire party.

The student discount is only for full-time students 18 and over with valid student ID.

We currently offer gift certificates for tickets to JAMNOLA. They are available for purchase here.

All requests to exchange tickets should be directed to Info@JamNola.com. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any reservation changes or cancellations. If you wish to change your reservation with less than 24 hours notice you will be subject to pay $5/ person on your reservation. There is a $10 / person rescheduling fee if you try to reschedule within an hour of your tour time or if you are late for or miss your tour time.

Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party websites and/or scalpers will NOT be honored.

JAMNOLA is located at 2832 Royal St, New Orleans, LA 70117 in the Marigny neighborhood which is a 5 minute rideshare or 15 minute walk from the French Quarter.

Neighborhood street parking is available, especially near the railroad tracks between Dauphine and Royal Street.

Streetcar info:

1. From the New Orleans Jazz Museum (Esplanade Avenue) to JAMNOLA:

• Streetcar: Take the Rampart-St. Claude Streetcar towards St. Claude Avenue.
• Stop: Exit at the Elysian Fields Avenue stop.
• Walk: From there, it's a 0.7-mile walk (about 14 minutes) down St. Claude Avenue to Royal Street, where JAMNOLA is located at 2832 Royal Street.

2. From 2832 St. Claude Avenue to JAMNOLA:

• Streetcar: Take the St. Claude Streetcar heading towards Canal Street.
• Stop: Exit at Elysian Fields Avenue.
• Walk: It’s the same 0.7-mile walk (14 minutes) down St. Claude Avenue to 2832 Royal Street.

If only one ticket is available, there is only one ticket remaining for that time slot. If you want to purchase more than one ticket, please select an alternate time.

JAMNOLA is a self-paced experience. Guests can move through exhibits as they please, but once you move forward, you are not able to go back. We also request that guests not stay in any room for more than 10 minutes.

Yes. Restrooms are located in the middle of the exhibit. Guests will be notified of their location during their visit. We strongly encourage guests to use them if necessary. There are no restrooms outside of the exhibit.  

Yes, we love kids! Please note that children under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times and please don’t let your littles wander or touch anything!

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

At least one person’s ID in your group MUST match the name on one ticket.

JAMNOLA takes approximately 45-60 minutes to see in its entirety. The memories and photos you take will last a lifetime. 

Make sure to bring you ticket, your photo ID and and if you are 15 or under you must be accompanied by an adult 16 or over.
No outside food or drink is allowed

- Large bags, luggage.

- Food, drinks, snacks.

- Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Although we love em’, pets are NOT allowed. Service animals with proper documentation on a leash and under their owner’s control as authorized by applicable law are permitted. 

All tickets must be purchased online. Our website and the gift shop accepts major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We do not accept Cash.
