    We get it. Sometimes the fit, color, or vibe just isn't you. Here's how returns and exchanges work.

    How long do I have to return or exchange my item?

    30 days from the day you receive your order.

    What condition does my item need to be in?

    Items must be unworn and in new condition.

    Who pays for return or exchange shipping?

    We do, wodie! Shipping is on us.

    Can I swap for a different size or color?

    Absolutely! Tell us what you're looking for and we'll help you find your JAM, subject to availability.

    What if my item arrives damaged or something's missing?

    That's not the joy we ordered! Send us your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll make it right.
